Nein, aber über den Kopfhöreranschluss kann man ein Headset anschließen.

Vergiss Hollow Knight und A Hat In Time nicht.

Zumindest Hat in Time, aber das ist ja nicht Switch. Hollow Knight kenne ich abgesehen vom Trailer noch nicht wirklich.

Hollow Knight ist übelst geilenstein Ich habs schon paar Stunden auf Steam gezockt und kann es nur empfehlen wenn man auch nur ein bisschen etwas mit Metroidvanias anfangen kann.

Disney and Nintendo are teaming up to create a Switch show

Disney and Nintendo announced today that a new show is in the works based around the Nintendo Switch. Titled the "Nintendo Switch Family Showdown," the program will feature four families duking it out in a variety of Switch games. Objectives will range from "searching for collectibles in 'Super Mario Odyssey'" and having a dance-off in Just Dance. The show will debut this summer on the Disney Channel and Disney XD.

While this may sound a bit surprising, Disney has actually made a pretty big push to have eSports on its networks lately. Just last year, Disney XD aired the EVO 2017 Super Smash Bros. tournament and is even in talks to bring Madden NFL to the network this year. With Nintendo having the reputation of being the "Disney of Gaming," and with the Switch being such a hot ticket item, it was only a matter of time before the two teamed up.

Now if only we could get that Universal Nintendo Land project to come to Disney...

Es erscheinen seit Jahren Microsoft-Spiele auf N-Systemen und Nintendo verwendet Microsofts Charaktere in den eigenen Spielen (die Kongs ohne den Vornamen Donkey).

Es ist von außen schwer zu sagen, aber ich bezweifle sehr, dass Diddy & Co mit Rare zu Microsoft gegangen sind. DKC spielt im Donkey Kong Universum und daher gehe ich davon aus, dass alle Rechte an Charakteren bei Nintendo liegen. Wenn das nicht der Fall wäre, hätte Nintendo bei der Lizensierung oder bei Rares Verkauf einen großen Fehler gemacht. Was meine Vermutungen bestätigt ist, dass Diddy Kong in den meisten Spielen mit DK präsent war. Nur die anderen Kongs erschienen Nintendo vermutlich einfach nicht attraktiv genug.

While VR continues to bubble under elsewhere in the industry, Nintendo has remained indifferent to the technology; when your first 'Virtual' product ends up being a massive dud, we guess you become a little more cautious about asking your customers to strap lumps of plastic to their heads.

However, those of you who crave a VR experience on your Switch can rest easy (sort of), because Japanese company Thanko is releasing a headset which is compatible with the console and gives you a 'virtual' screen size of 120 inches.

Dubbed the 'Eye Theater', it's not strictly a VR headset as all it does is transfer the image from the console to the headset's display and features no motion-sensing capabilities whatsoever (which should be pretty obvious as the Switch doesn't have any VR capabilities that would allow for this).

The unit costs ¥22,780 ($206/£156) and is expected to launch in September. It comes with a HDMI conversion kit which allows it to be connected to the Switch, and will also work with other USB Type C devices, such as smartphones. It weighs 250g and boasts a display resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels.

New Super Mario Bros. U – auch für Switch?

Liam Robertson schreibt bei Comic Book, dass New Super Mario Bros. U auch für Switch erscheinen könnte. Grundlage für seine Meldung sind Quellen bei Nintendo of Europe.

Laut Robertson könnte der Switch-Port von New Super Mario Bros. U noch in diesem Jahr veröffentlicht werden und ein “Deluxe” im Namen angehängt bekommen. Nintendo hat sich bisher natürlich noch nicht zu dem Thema geäußert.

“Suppliers and others with direct knowledge of the plan” have told the Wall Street Journal that Nintendo will be releasing a brand new Nintendo Switch model. This new model will be releasing in the second half of 2019, possibly “as early as summer”. All we know is that the “machine specs are not finalized yet”, and Nintendo is still figuring out what they want to change, but “one option is improvement on display”. For example, that would include “improving battery life”. According to the site’s souces, third-party developers “hope the new Switch would give a clear hint on what would happen on the 3DS line”. Nintendo did not make any comments about the matter.

Switch has now outsold the GameCube

As revealed through Nintendo’s latest financial results, Switch has reached a new milestone. Having moved 22.86 million units, the system has outsold the GameCube’s lifetime sales. GameCube sits at 21.74 million shipped.

Switch launched back in March 2017. That means the feat was accomplished in less than two years.
